Warrior Kitten - Shizuka is a typical Jump'n run game and has almost everything that a good Jump'n run game should have - different sorts of enemies (e.g. Wild Dogs, Arachnids, Trolls), weapons and bonuses like a flask which will renew your life or a golden coin that adds points to your score, for 25 diamonds you get a new life and a black "kitten heads" will initialise your transformation to a panther. Books you also find enhance the experience and increase your character level and give the game a little from an RPG - this makes the game become better and the motivation to succeed increases.
The graphic of the game is good and has some very nice little details. For example you can see Shizuka's hair and skirt flying in the wind, burning fires, flowing water etc..
On the other hand on Nokia Series 40 device the graphic on the screen is very small so sometimes you just cannot see the enemy while he bend to the background thanks to this "miniaturization". Sounds are a bit simple but they are there. Nothing more needs to be said.
Control of the game is simple and logic. 4 and 6 for running, 1 2 3 for jumping, 5 7 9 for swinging with sword and 0 for shooting (later in the game). You only will have to get accustomed to the fact that Shizuka will run a bit after you release a key.
