Rock Bobblehead is an application meant just for fun and it allows you to play bobblehead with an Elvis Presley doll using the built-in accelerometer. This application is mostly intended to be used as a homescreen wallpaper. To set it as wallpaper download the JAR and the JAD file, put them in a folder and install the JAD file. The JAD file must be installed to PHONE in oreder to be set as wallpaper.
